Reflection Industries is a glazing contractor concentrating on commercial exterior and interior work, unusually glass intensive residential exterior work as well as mirrors and shower doors on a select basis.

We will negotiate work with some clients but we bid most of our contract work competitively. We select work based on products we like with site location and type of customer sometimes playing a role in work procurement. Potential profit is a huge motivator as we are capitalists first and foremost.

We generally split our work between private and public projects. Since we are not a huge firm we slow our bidding as our backlog grows and like to limit our work to what we can handle efficiently without delay in complying with our customer’s schedules.

Much of what we do requires fabrication and our shop is equipped to handle multiple projects at once. We do fabricate on jobsite, if space and security allows and especially if access to the site with our vehicles and our vendor’s vehicles is limited.

The company is closely held. Jerry Blome is the major shareholder and is involved in the operation as an estimator and project manager. Dave Lobo is also an estimator and project manager. Each have nearly thirty years experience in commercial glass systems fabrication and installation for various firms in Washington or on the West coast.

Reflection employees are competent and strive to produce an excellent product which does not result in any call backs or quality complaints. They are experienced and talented as well as professional.
